NEW YORK –– The Soho Loft Media Group supports the New York City exhibition on technology and real estate organized by the NYC Network Group Inc. on 6 November 2014.
The 6th Annual NYC Real Estate Expo & 1st Annual NYC Tech Expo will be held at Hilton in Midtown, 1335 Avenue of the Americas from 7am to 4:30pm. It will be attended by an estimated 3,500 leaders in the real estate industry, and more than 180 companies will participate in the exposition.
David Drake, Chairman and Founder of Victoria Global, The Soho Loft Media Group and LDJ Capital, says “Investors have always regarded real estate as a safe and less volatile investment compared to equities and other modes of investment. Crowdfunding in the real estate industry is changing the rules of the game. ” He further adds, “ Investors are seeing real estate crowdfunding as an excellent tool to stabilize and diversify their investment portfolios. The conference will have simultaneous topics being discussed in three different halls namely: Gramercy -West and East- that can accommodate 450 seats; Murray Hill West – 150 seats; and Murray Hill East – 150 seats. The event will be hosted by Mary Anderson-Gallagher, the Managing Director of Heritage Realty Services LLC.
